Hard boil up a bunch of eggs and peel them

make a white sauce and once thick add the chopped eggs into it and then serve over toast.

White Sauce:

equal amounts of butter and flour cooked (roux) I add some onion and herbs if you like (dill is good) cook until flour taste is gone

add milk and cook until nice and thick ( about 4 times as much milk as fat i3 1 cup butter to 4 cups of milk)

add back in eggs and cook until eggs are hot warm

that sounds like a lot of cooking. I love breakfast gravt but its bacon grease and flour and salt and pepper .
