I dont have that. I have the numbing stuff with nerotin and anti- inflammatory in it. Would that help with charlie horses ?
Last time I asked Tom to put it on he said no. he was tired.

Might work. Do you get them a lot? Drink more water. That helped me. I'm bad about not eating or drinking if I don't feel the need to.
