Considering if I spray painted a box it would not look like that.. YES! I thought you painted it lol I couldn't see any of those globs from spray paint (that show up when I use it

Im gonna guess he never got rid of the last ear "problem"
Rem he didn't get the fever til after y'all went to the dr....
fever mostly likely means infection..
It may have cleared up a little on its own but Im gonna guess it's coming back and may need antibiotics to get rid of it.
