Pineapple is good on pork. Veggies just need salt and pepper. What did you end up doing?

Pork loin was already seasoned with garlic and herbs so I didnt do anything to it.  I peeled potatoes and cut carrots in chunks and drizzled (haha) oil on them then seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary what ever that may be. I didnt use much cause it is strong smelling.  Oh and seasoned salt.  I didnt cover anything. its roasting in a shallow foil lined pan at 400 degrees. Have no idea for how long . LOL
For dessert I peeled and cored 3 apples (golden) quartered them and added apple juice, a tablespoon of honey, cinnimin (I know what I mean) about a tablespoon of butter and cinn. graham crackers (2) crumbled on the top.  

   Just in case I like it.  

Granny that sounds good! Rosemary is lovely. I have bushes of it. We put it in everything.

I don't think it's your fault. An oppositionm would have gotten in wether they were out or not. Does this women have a clue? It doesn't sound like she keeps her chickens very well.

I didn't want to come out & put it that way, but....

she is a horrible chicken keeper imo too.

i went to visit and wasn't even there 5 mins...she was telling me the story..again..
and we were looking out the window and guess who was just chilling on the fence...the darn opossum!
She high tailed it outside....It happened so darn fast i didn't know where she was going....
After the first 2 shots rang out..I grabbed my phone.
I couldn't believe the things didn't even flinch....and since she was so close i could not believe she missed 3 times!

he is now camped out in the coop with the 2 dead birds....
she want's my DH to go shoot it when he wakes for work...LOL
