I'm so excited granny!!

5 from 8 is way better the 4 from ? 18 were fertile but I started with much more.. 40 I think pitiful. 1 % hatch rate ?

Morning... frizzly day here (fog + drizzle). #2 woke up feeling barfy with a mild fever so he is staying home. There is some virus going around the school that lasts for weeks

Sure hope he didn't pick that up... spring break is next week!

Same here with spring break. 2 weeks of pure torture. LOL

I think its 2 weeks . I will keep fingers crossed for one though. LOL
There are so many farmers here I think they base a lot of school time on planting and harvest.

ugg, 2 weeks because there are no snow make up days. First draw back I have seen to a mild winter.

Isn't it too cold for planting now? Here, the schools are trying to follow the college schedule to make it easier for high schoolers who are taking classes at the jc. Then the other grades try to follow the same schedule so all the kids in a family will have the same days off. It was pretty bad when the elementary and the middle school had different weeks off... lots of complaints and lots of students missing class.

Maybe some of that vacation can be spent at DD's house. Maybe help with his attitude.

I would think it too early but I dont know much. Maybe get the ground ready. Its only in the 40s but thats this year. I know the school yr. ends about the same time as harvest.
