Granny's gone and done it again

Yeah. Pancake had 4 eggs the day I left, but Sarah may have grabbed a fresh egg to mark instead of one of the 4. Know way to tell at this point.

unless you come across an egg to cook and it "cracks" funny.

I put them all in the bator. 6 of 17 "duds" had blood rings, so could've started a couple days and then quit during the week.

DO NOT eat a1/3 of a head of cabbage and then attend Stations of the Cross (lots of uping and downing) darn good thing no one was with in about 3 pews of me. Only I shared my Pew with my peeyou

Not sure how but Crush was screaming bloody murder and the dogs and I went flying over there. He had his wing stuck in one hole of the feeder and his neck in another. He seems ok.
Oh no, Crush is going to be one of those kind of chickens.

Last chick has internaled, so I left it. I pulled the other two and let them drink a bit. Pancake is being such a good mom.
I wonder if hens can feel the movement in the eggs. I bet she can and is still sitting to give them a chance, but if she's not a pancake anymore, she's getting ready to get up. I gave Buster those 3 hatchery chicks last spring, and it took her 3 days of her watching them eat and drink before she got up.

Their instincts are so amazing. Broodies know just what to do!
