Lol, not so much now. It's much easier when you have good equipment. Just can't get used to trying to make bread in a 4.5 qrt. mixer, when I'm used to using a 60 qrt. mixer. Plus my oven is not accurate at all. After using commercial convection ovens that held full sheet pan just your standard household model doesn't stack up. Mine even has convection, but it doesn't work properly. I play at it now, causes more frustration than its worth I think lol.I owned & operated a bakery
