I try to remember how much Robert ate but he was such a weird eater . He would eat meat one week peas the next . Drs. said it was all good as long as he got everything in he needed by the months end.

Teach CB about portion size. He needs to eat slowly and not gulp the food. That gives the enzymes (including saliva) a chance to mix in to properly digest the food. Wouldn't surprise me if he gets impacted from so much at once. hope not.



a "serving size" is much smaller than most people think.

ideally, a dinner plate should be something like this. Seconds should be veggies.

The dietician is going to be quiet now.
