I thought I saw It on the Facebook page. Someone suggested putting the powder in an old stocking/pantyhose thingy and using that to poof em.

He used a needle . I guess it helps control the drops and put 2-3 drops on the skin at the neck like you would drops for dogs except he put it in 3 places on mine.
