Granny's gone and done it again

Camping, try to tape his legs together, put some antibiotic on her bum and put them in a cage to themselves for a day. See if it makes a difference . The one with the twisted leg I dont think will but yolky should and at least they wont be alone .

I think the leg is broken. :( it never uncurls the toes and it you touch the leg at all it screams.

Poor little Janky.  Does it try to move around?

Yep. Stands up and hops around like a champ.

Sounds like it can manage fine, then. Maybe the leg will work itself out in a couple of days. The legs on both those chicks look very think and sturdy... cockerels? Do all the chicks have thick legs like that, or does say... oh... 50% have more slender legs?

No one has touched them but me. I don't know how it would've happened. I think the blue-kote is antiseptic and anti fungal?

I have never bought it. Thats good if it is. I may invest in some .

It's good for superficial wounds because it stains blue and masks the blood or irritation. You could use antibiotic ointment, too. The blu-kote dries almost instantly.

I think it's just swollen... but maybe I should go and mark the "thick legs" in a couple days.

Also should mark the pink toes, to see how they grow out.

if its antifungel as well that would be a really good product. I thought its sole purpose was to mask the red.
