So that black chick with the white dot on its head is feathering out all black. "Scratches head" I thought for sure it'd be barred. It'll be a week old tomorrow. The other three from the hatch is feathering out in a silvery brown pattern. Idk what the heck I have!

I was til I went out and crawled in the straw to get the rouge eggs. 150 +- - Still didnt get them all. Cats and wild critters love me.

Throw eggs into boiling water and feed back to chickens! Or barn cats. Don't encourage wild animals. . . . . Voice of experience.

2 and I need it out so I can spray for mites and hope to actually reach the wood.
as far as the eggs, too late. Been feeding critters for a while.

I just hardboiled fresh eggs and I was able to peel them. I hope this method really works and it wasn't a fluke.

Steamed them for 12 minutes,then ice bath for 15.

I rested myself into a nap. Kids were fussing the whole time. No one has had supper yet. DD tried to snatch a game from bubba, so I popped her hand. That hurt her feelings, now she's in her bed. Pbj for supper. I'm too tired for anything else.

I would of had PB for dinner but it had something in it. no idea what but I wasnt eating it. grilled cheese and tomato soup. Im working on doritoes and spinach dip now
