Granny's gone and done it again

I have been running the vacuum and letting him bark instead of putting him outside.  I figure next is correcting the barking but truthfully I dont have that licked yet except for water bottle.  He thinks there is something evil in it I guess. He loves water.

I don't think the fact he was born in a barn has anything to do with him hating electronics. All puppies are scared of vacuums, clippers, blow dryers. You just have to train them that they are not going to get hurt and they need to let humans do what they need to do to help them. Like cutting their nails.

I start when they are tiny puppies bathing and blow drying them. Running them vacuum around their pen.

Trying to figure out how I am going to detangle this amish pup. He dont like anything electrical Even the mixer drives him wild. I can imagine coming after him with clippers.
I just trimmed Scooter on Sunday. Hubs had to hold him down, and that cut the time working in half, but my back is still aching from it. Only thing I didn't get to is his ears. I think he has something wrong in one. He's been yelping lately and last time it was just from him shaking his own head. I'm making a vet appt this morning.
Remember, I work with scissors! He looks like he fell in a chicken plucker!

another baby today white and fluffy muffs from the serama coop. LOL I guess its mixed with silkie too.
See? You don't need no stinkin' incubator! You don't need that killer mommy hen either.

LOL I know it dont . I just find it funny. He is 10 months now. I must not run my vacuum enough . Or mixer. hahaha I have always played with his feet and he loves his bath.

For training, can you give treats if they sit calmly while the vacuum is running.
Henry cat is afraid of the vacuum too. I like that he runs and hides because he's out of my way.

If he starts barking at it though, I will be calling the cat whisperer!
LOL that man is nuts with them killer cats.
My other 2 dont care about noises like that.

She's got serious postpartum depression. Do you think they are her eggs, or has she just been the one setting? She is a prime example of natural selection... making sure her own genes are not passed on because she kills the offspring. Hopefully it is not hereditary.
I havent got any of her babies. I wish I could . she is a beautiful hen. smoky grey and white, frizzled serama silkie mix. The hens I sold were sitting and as soon as I picked them up 2 more grabbed their eggs to sit. I still have 5 sitting and one a serama polish, wont let me anywhere near the nest.
