I zoomed in and those aren't toes, they're feathers! she had her feet tucked up. It rained a hundred inches yesterday so everything is swamped.

aww...  she's even cuter close up!!!  but those are feathers, so I guess you can keep her.    Does that coloring have an official name?  confetti? calico?  I got my bantam cochins from a woman on byc that was working on "confetti."  Pretty.  I got mine when they were older, so never saw them as chicks.  Adorable overload!

morning...nothing to report on my hatch..day 19..i'm having trouble with humidity..it get's too low i put 2 teaspoons of water in the well it spikes to 75..

It's ok if it spikes for a few minutes, as long as it averages around 65. Maybe just add one teaspoon, or one and a half. I'm so EGGCITED!

Pup is in so much trouble this morning. He is being a bad boy. He needs to burn some energy but it seems he cant do this outside. He is terrorizing both the other dogs then will run when I get on to him. I thought he had settled and he comes and rest his head on me like he is wore out then barks at me and off running again. He is watching tv . Kick boxing. commercial comes on and he is off again.

Pippa is like that! Drives me nuts. I use to let them watch tv while I was at work but apparently it's created too much drama.
