I guess thats the difference between a good vet and a $5.00 neuter.  Pitiful  No pain meds.

Idk my little 5lb dog cost over $100 to spay. I wish it didn't cost so much but I know why it does.

thats a bit sad. Ladies in my family wouldnt go for no goat tying unless its the littles. We ride bulls .
