good evening all caught up The chicks came in with one Lorp doa BUT they did send 2 extra of them to still have a total of 78, I think I got shorted on the Rhode Island whites but now I am not sure.

Then the vet showed up almost 2 hours early,

pg's the 8 cows and bangs Hailey and total bill was only 155.00 Nice young vet

after we were all done I asked if he would be willing to do it again next year and he said sure NO PROBLEM

Everyone also got poured today except Porter he got a little pissey when we ran all the girls thru the chute and then instead of going thru a gate to re-join them he JUMPED a 4 or 4 1/2 foot sucker rod fence and cleared it.

So I called my sister on the way home to congradulate her and soom becoming a Grandmother. As Maiah the yak is preggers, as is good old 19 both do earlier then almost all of the rest.

That vet didn't charge you very much at all. wow. He sounds like a keeper.

ended up with just 2 open cows. Janet and Crazy Sheila who was NOT amused about the whole procedure and the vet was "very" thorough on her.

found that out today he did an ultra sound type thing but still had to insert the camera? rectally and then look.
