after the tick thing I went for coffee and there was ants all over it so I went for a shower and there was a big black spider in my shower. Then a small black spider in the window. I bought the biggest bag of bug poison Tom could carry !   Well, it was the biggest one they had. LOL

I'm telling you, you need a house chicken. Or a dog that kills bugs!

Lazarus is doing so good ! I havent seen him eat or drink yet but to be fair he has been stuck in a box all day. I gave him the nutridrench 2 drops. ( I dont know the dose yet)  and checked his butt. Cant see a thing but fluff. all the shell and membrane is gone . I guess it just fell off  and He is in with the other babies already !   No open navel, nothing. It is amazing .

At 4 wks, there's still time for the color to change drastically.  If black starts coming in on the breast, that's male, and rooster red on the upper wings is male. No hint of pink on the comb.  It could still be a male.  Sometimes the behavior is an early give away.  You'll know for sure in a couple of weeks. I want to see updates too! 

It's a scardy cat lol the boys in the brooder are very nosy and chill. I'm hoping it's a girl because I'm iffy on Easter my white chick because of the black coming in. I want some green or blue eggs lol I already have too many Roos to try to rehome. I'll keep ya updated

I gave all of them 2xs as much as normal yesterday so I hope they paced themself. LOL I didnt even go in that direction. I need to seriously get busy out there tomorrow though moving soe chicks around and getting these guys out !

you know them dogs aint had a tic on them yet ! I think its that pole barn and those cats. White one got in a scrap 2 days ago. ears and nose bloody. I can see tics crawling on it and I have treated them 2xs this month. I got some different stuff to try.

When I was a teen I brought a dwarf hamster home from school. It had fleas. My parents had to bomb the house several times before they were gone. That hamster was mean lol I never noticed the fleas until they multiplied and got out of hand.

Thanks, When I was a teen I brought a possum home. My mama would put up with anything from me. LOL
It was the ugliest thing I ever seen and didnt live long but I tried !
I brought home baby birds by the dozen. Had luck with some of them and some not.
Wasnt no computers then to teach me what to do. Matter of fact this is my first one ever . Came straight here and aint left yet.
