Bubba loves helping in the kitchen, and he's better at it than DD. They always want to get involved with cookies and cupcakes. I get anxious because I want them to make beautiful creations and sometimes that's just not possible. I have a hard time managing my expectations and not micromanaging. Sometimes I just have to walk away. :

Now I want to make cupcakes with them. DH has been gone since Thursday night, which is why we've been doing so many activities. They just fight and whine when we sit at home.

Tom told me moms day was coming, dont matter to me . One kid never talks to me and the other very seldom. LOL I think mothers day died when my mom did.

My hand keeps going numb. and site is slow as crap. I have this bookmarked and wish I knew how to do that because I will have a time finding BTH once I sign off.

I kind of feel the same way. Mother's day was always for my mother and my grandma. Mom got diagnosed on Mother's Day 12 yrs ago. I was sitting in my #1's first grade classroom, with a ton of other mother's while they had a little program about moms... I cried through the whole thing, and not in a happy way.

Bookmarks are usually at the top of your screen. Can you get your bookmark list to open up? Usually there is a star or something above the list. Click the star when you are on a page that you want to bookmark. You will only need to find BYH for a few days. BYC should be the same bookmark... I think??

We didn't get home until after 10:30 last night. MIL is getting very weak, but we went through a few old family photos to find out who people are. Hub's brother doesn't care, his sister doesn't care, other sister is crazy, so so we are the only ones to keep the family history. MIL seemed very happy that we went to the trouble of documenting the photos... happy that she and her family will be remembered.

I hope the new format is not like BYH . Nope , not liking it dont show who is viewing and have to "refresh" to see new posts. Unless I am doing something wrong thats bull.

There is a small green mark on the corner of a person's avatar to show they are on. The refresh think is weird, but there is a button under the last post that says + 5 more, or however many posts are added. I wasn't on long enough to see if that comes up without having to refresh, but you can click the red alert symbol by your name in the upper right. It will lead you to new posts. We will figure it out when the time comes!

It's not like that. BYH is just filling the gaps while BYC moves. And it's not going anywhere, but the server is changing. It will still be backyardchickens.com, because that is the domain name. The server is the platform that supports the site. And the server (huddler) is shutting down totally, as I understand it. So it's not a move by choice. Nifty is making lemonade from huddler's lemons.

Well said! And if all goes to plan, all our stuff will still be here... avatars and photos and past posts and everything. It will be homey, and if it's not, we'll just have to make it that way... because home is not so much about the house, it's about the people in the house!

Now I have like 15 pages to catch up! Oh boy!

What a terrible mothers day Wishing. Im so sorry. I could at least, grieve at home. You are doing an awesome job with MIL. I am glad her last days will be happy ones. Shame on siblings.

more sad news the pup we all loved is a female so here is her response and I asked for the middle one

That's right granny TWICE in the same evening.

So the middle one is yours? That's the one with the white hindquarters that I said could be second choice. I think he has an all white tail too. He looks a good size. Are there any other confirmation points you look for in a pup?
