Granny's gone and done it again

It must be really good. I got mine, Roberts and half of Toms. LOL They rather have hamburger.
Finished taking care of the critters and ready for some ice cream.

Graaaaannnnnnyyyy!!!
Oh rats, I missed you. Wanted to mention it's best to take the meat out of the fridge and let it sit out for awhile to warm up some. Then, when you put it in the skillet, the pan won't cool down so much and ruin your char (where the meat gets that delicious brown crunchy outer yumminess). Also, you don't want to crowd your pan, don't put too much meat in at once, for the same reason. Slows the cooking too much.

Henry showed up. Was scaring the big hens! But that's mostly because he wouldn't come to me so I told the dogs to go harass him and he ran toward the chickens to get away from the dogs. haha! They love messing with that huge scaredy cat.

I did not now all this stuff about cooking. ThAnks

Hello ladies, how is everyone today? Granny, your steak sounds super yummy. Camping we didn't have much luck with planting seeds this year either. We needed to have started them a couple weeks before we visited granny last, but we knew that the kids had enough to do taking care of the chicks & adult birds. It gets really hot in the greenhouse if the ventilation & opening the door & windows isn't done each day. Plus the soil dries out sp fast. We knew they would be dead by the time we got back lol. Hubs did the planting in the trays this year & he planted them way to deep. We bought plants last weekend. The greenhouse is planted & we will put the other ones in the ground this coming weekend. Then we will be praying for no frost.

Hi Lisa, you have a lot of work ahead of you. It better not frost. supposed to turn cool here for a couple days then 80s. Hate that. I can hear someone mowing. I have no idea how anyone can mow in the mud.
