That's the problem---they're too friendly. They'll take chunks out of my legs because they're curious, and that's how they explore. None of the other chickens do that, except one.

ohh they are nosy for sure.

I still think you had a good hatch anyway. Your bearded can be mated to your ordered ones so blood dont mix and 50% chance of beards.

My experience with red chickens is the same.

I have 2 red pullets that my uncle is supposed to take. I don't want them. The one bites me every time I put food or water in the pen.
