I know of a lot of failed marriages where they looked at each other as "fixer uppers" you can do that with property BUT NOT people.

I agree with that. If you cant accept someone for who they are deep down and think to change them you have already failed. I think I would get along great with you and your quirks because I am very tolerant. I dont think you could handle mine.
