I cant sleep good without them and so far cant sleep using them but have hangovers .

The hangover is because you body isn't sleeping long enough, so you are still medicated being awake, if you can call it that lol.

Me too hun, valium can't be any more addictive than the Ambien

Probably less so. I never had a problem with it. It just plain let me sleep and it is a muscle relaxer so pain was gone too.
