I love them raw on salads!

I had the girls cut everything for me. It was super easy! Boil a little vinegar/sugar/salt/pickling spice and pour over. They're not sealed.




Red/purple onions. I like them raw on salads and hot dogs, chili, burgers, etc. I use them for cooking everything. They're pickling with sweet onions and it intend to use them as salad relish.

They are great in omlets too. I'm going to have to fix omlets soon now.
