Do we even know the breed of the packing peanuts? I guess it wouldn't be bantams, because they can't sex them.I would be willing to bet your "packing peanuts" are roosters.
Did you say the meat you bought is already seasoned? If so, I wouldn't add any more. I've only grilled lamb chops. Easier on the grill for me than the oven, for some reason.Never seen it . I will look. Lisa bought me a lot of spices including seasoned salt. its good but I remember having a mccormic for steak that was really good and thought this might be it. Its not. I also made frozen Ranch flavored FF and they were twice as bad as reg. frozen and took 2xs longer to bake.

its 2 small thighs and there is a sprig of rosemary on each one. The meat is dark looking , darker then beef and as of right now frozen.That's Kiki, but that doesn't teach me how to get there... other than what Twist said which works fine.
