simple answer, yes. But probably wont. I have tons of left over that I will eat but because no one else liked/tasted it for the money no, I wont buy it again.

That's the best though. You don't have to share lol and you don't have to worry about someone eating it after you put it in the fridge.

I would compare it to a steak . It was more chewy then beef but the seasoning they used was pretty strong . I like my steaks med rare. It was very thick .

I love lamb. The English lady I used live with would get lamb steaks and grill them. They were delish. Not a chop it was huge very tender. Not even sure what cut it was.

I never asked them to age a beef , I'm sure they would probably, I usually thaw mine in a bowl on the counter add Dales seasoning and let it set over night til usual the late after noon
