The only one that sounds serious is the last one about asthma meds.
I am sure that taking any drug has a million side effect/interations with a million things people eat.
It's all about the benefits...which out ways the other.

ACE inhibitors..when you take this kind of med...does it make your cough?
If so the cayenne MAY make you cough a little more?

it acts as a blood thinner. Tom is on very strong meds. I am on a different kind then him. He cant eat leafy greens without the chance of bleeding out. Thats pretty scary.

I wouldnt have the first clue of what you would put raw garlic in to eat. Salads ?

I put a heaping spoon of minced garlic in my grits. Canned soup, ramen noodles, etc. Anything you make, just add it at the end.
