Robert jumped back then went after pup and pup hid behind me. I yelled at robert said he scared him and he cant be doing that. He argues, pup shouldnt take toy. I said he is going to bite you, robert says if he does I will break his jaw.

Roberts fault for scaring him. If someone scared me they'd get more than teeth.

Pup shouldn't be stealing toys. Maybe he was jealous that star was getting the attention?

Yeah, that doesn't sound good. Robert shouldn't be smacking him. It doesn't sound like it is a problem that can be fixed.
