I am finding the surface is not holding up really well on mine. I hate pots you have to keep replacing, like those teflon ones. Love my old Revere Ware pots!

Someone in the house used a metal spatula in mine and there's a nice scrape. Other than that it's doing well so far.

Yes I've had pans that didn't last long! Hard to find good ones nowadays.
