I've taken a wet paper towel to him a couple times but the glue look never leaves.

omg. hahahaaa He is fugly. Give that poor bird a shower. and some extra protein .

But seriously , give that poor thing a shower. LOL Make sure the water from your bathroom faucet is warm , stop it up and let him soak in the water for a good 5 min. You have to hold his head up. Use Your moms tooth brush or whoever is softest and lightly go over him with it then a good rinse

they are gonna fight by now. scab probably will come off with a soak. His beak is the biggest thing about him.
