My mom has people that take her places. I used to do it but after a while i got too depressed. I was not enjoying my life living in her house. She likes it where she is and is happy talking to me on the phone.

Being a full time caretaker is a very tough job. Kudos to all that are capable of doing that.

Sorry twist, I can't imagine being in that kind of drought situation or like Cali's 5 year drought. Scary stuff when you add wildfires to the mix.
