Unfortunately it was a very well crafted legal size sign that was in the road right away up at the intersection. TownshI guy busted all the farmers chops last summer over this. He literally drove around ripping out signs of many farm stands & farmers advertising.

one was Cork who was also involved in the oh look squeaky toys and "pounced" the first 100 to death with the help of yuri. The got caught red-pawed as the brooder room inner door was a one way unless you had opposable thumbs. Yuri learned after that beating

Cork got to wear a dead chicken around his neck until it fotter off and wasn't allowed in the house until it did so after the second time.

all of my dog's NOW know chickens are OFF limits unless they escape and then they are fair game. Yuri will NOT look at a chicken.

I can have a sign made for my car, but wouldn't do much good. 95% of the week my car never leaves the garage. We have a sign right out at the stand, but that is the only one that's legal. We tried just putting a sign up for the weekend that said just SALE with an arrow pointing our way. Put it out Friday night, took down on Sunday. The same as anyone can for a garage sale. Guy took the sign down & didn't give it back. He left a message on our answering machine telling us that "I'm sure you don't want me snooping around looking for violations, do you?"

Welp y'all I'm calling it a night. Gonna try to read on a new book and hope it's a good one. I went to Ollies yesterday and found a few cheap. But couldn't find the 1st one of the series so I ordered it. Trying to hold off so I can read it in order.
