It's Jackson, KY in Breathitt county. Yup, in eastern KY. I guess that is considered part of Appalachia?

(I lived in Jackson, NJ when I was a toddler.)

I use butter and the powdered cheese and this time I used a slpash of milk too. can of tomato soup. Its only 2nd time he has had it but he seems to like it pretty good.

Does Robert do any cooking at all? I wait until #1 is prowling around for food, then show him how to fix something. Hunger is a good motivator! #2 just looks stuff up on the web and learns how to make what her wants.

He made some ramen noodles earlier. He is able, Not willing. So much of his food comes from micro or oven like frozen pizza, cheese sticks. He does all that but he had burnt himself in the oven few yrs back and was afraid so I found some elbow high mitts about a yr. ago and he is much better/comfortable around the oven.

Santa gave us some silicone oven gloves for Christmas. They are great! Work even when wet, unlike cloth. Really good for man handling a hot turkey onto a platter. !
