Wishing, In no way, shape or form was it your fault the hawk got your serama.

It was, though. I knew the big hens got let out and that they go in the serama run and knock the pop door shut behind them. The seramas got locked out because I didn't check on them early enough. The rooster takes them in early, but he couldn't. 100% preventable.

Wow. 4 whole pounds?? We like Flemish Giants, very cool and laid back. Sherman (Tank) was smallish, only got about 14 lbs. I can't find his picture.

Sounds like a troublemaker. I had one of my OEGB cocks start sparring with my finger at 24 hours old. Took quite a bit of careful handling to keep him nice.
