Finally caught up!

personally I don't mind water BUT my body is not fond of it if I have been working. AND it does NOT quench my thirst either.

I make my own sports drink for use on sweaty days. i.e. SUMMER.

My recipe uses Sodium Bicarb for the salt. I think this would help you with the stomach distress you describe. Also, the added salts and sugar are supposed to allow faster absorption of the water. 6% carbohydrate is recommended.

My Kooleratorade
1/2 tsp Baking soda (sodium)
1/8 tsp Nu Salt (potassium)
*1/3 cup sugar OR
*5/8 cup sugar (10 tbsp) orig recipe to get 6%carb (too sweet for me)
1 pkt unsweetened kool-aid, wylers, etc. any flavor
OR instead of kool-aid, 1/2 cup orange juice OR 1/4 cup lemon juice
Water to make 2 liters

I do drink lots of water as my main beverage as well as an "occasional" Dr Pepper.

I know I should've waited to argue at all but I haven't taken my zoloft in a couple days. I didn't fuss to much though I don't think. Stupid woman that's new answered the phone at the doctors office when I called to tell them that I was out of zoloft. She asked what it was for. I told her depression. She then says that I have an appointment friday and to tell the dr. then. Really? I told her that I would if I don't go nuts by then and go on a killing spree. She said ok... Come Friday This woman will more than likely have to look for another job. Think I'll suggest to her a job in politics . She'd be good there I think.

I just had a really bad scare. Big metal pan in the chicken coop upside down. I have learned to kick things before touching. I kick , it feels solid. I think, Is that big enough for a chicken to be trapped under? I pick it up and it what my nightmares are made of. Mice scatter everywhere. Squirming pink babys try to burrow in the mound the parents have made. I scream and run.
