Granny's gone and done it again

I hate when snakes do that! My incubator and hatcher were in the garage in TN. I went out to check for chicks in the hatcher and there sat a big old snake! Actively eating a chick! Grabbed that sucker and pulled the chick out of its mouth and the chick survived! But several other chicks were missing as well as chicken and quail eggs. Once the snake came in the vent, it got too fat to get back out. Covered the vents with screen after that.

Guys...I'm afraid we are going to have to convince Granny to make some changes!
And convince her to go back on Monday!

:fl
Don't sell her short; she's just liable to quit smokes on her own, 'cause she knows the possible consequences if she doesn't. I did, & I'm fairly sure I was smoking before she was even born!

Kiki I can't thank you enough for all your diligence, you are a true blessing. Just got on to tell everyone that April's car blew a radiator hose as soon as she started to the hospital. She sent me a picture of it being towed. She is hoping hubs can fix it so she can still go up there today. I've got to let Konner know this info, he's been worried sick. Then I will try to call her, thanks again Kiki :hugs

:thI've said it before, snakes are my kryptonite. I've tried to overcome this... just cant.

I'm not big on prescription pills, but they've got some great ones these days that can help you quit & manages the anxiety that comes with it. Its the only thing that helped DH finally quit.
