OMG ya'll , Nothing like being the center of attention. I missed ya'll so much ! So glad to be home.
so heres the story, I was gonna drive myself to madison and walked through the house and realized I couldnt. Pain was intense. I wanted a way home so Tom did drive. Bout scared me to death. They hooked me up and run that test about 4 times and said your getting air flighted to Louisville. Umm, Nope, nope, find a truck. They said no worrys we will give you something to relax you. I said, I want it now ! LOL Storm can in and they couldnt fly so I got the truck. They kept giving me morphine every 5 min. I said its not helping the pain. She said thats because your a stemie ? Nothing will help the pain except removing the blockage and you will go straight to surgery cause your heart is dying. I said, Let me smoke a cig. before you put me in the truck. LOL That wouldnt fly. I went from ambulance to surgery . They went through my wrist. They gave me 5 plavix ! Woke up in ICU. 2 stents and 2 more needing was what they told me. Now they are telling me the other 2 blockages are in a bad spot and they want me to try to stop smoking , diet and meds. (its not working) I tried to slip out of ICU (didnt know I had my own nurse) and got busted twice so they decided to dope me up w/ valium and pain pills. Dont remember tons after that except the phone calls and nasty food. They paid for the cab and it was $160.00 I never heard from my DD and I think the neighbor called just to put CB on the phone. No other plans were made. I was mad at the lady that busted me so I kept asking her for coffee then wouldnt drink it. She said, you have a whole cup here you didnt drink. First time was its cold and then it didnt have suger, it did. LOL Anyway. am very very glad to be home and back with ya'll.

Glad you're home; now do what you're supposed to do. I smoked a pipe for longer than you've been alive...50+ years. I quit, cold turkey, two days before double bypass surgery on Feb. 3 this year, and I didn't even have a heart attack! Still haven't, but I knew it was in my best interest, and they'd tell me to, anyway, so I did it, but my way, on my own terms. Honestly, had I not known the grief I'd catch from DW, I probably wouldn't have quit. The bottom line is: You can't possibly be more stubborn & pig-headed than I am (ask anyone who knows me personally, or the several I'm closest to on my home thread; they'll all tell you); if I could do it, you can do it...you can bet your life on it. Tom, Robert, & CB all love & need you; don't cheat them.
And don't make me come over there & turn you over my knee!

thanks ya'll. I with I could do the patch or the meds. would be so much easier. Unfortunatly neither agree with me and I cant chew gum so Im afrai all I have is will power and rigth now thats running at 3%. LOL Those valium was doing ok.

What about those vape smokes.
