My barn cats love layer pellets and oatmeal.

I had a cat that'd wouldn't eat anything but rabbit pellets.

Lou is picky so I was shocked!

We are currently 59* and rain most of the day. Spent lot of the day out in the rain picking garden. This weather is going to screw up tomato ripening. Just got my first one yesterday

Hot and humid! I wonder if that's why I've been feeling so poorly lately.

Just got off the phone with the parents. They're thinking of coming down in March. Nothing like advance warning lol.

But there's a lot going on on their home front right now so...I totally get it. My aunt (mom's youngest sis) is going in for massive surgery for the big c in November so mom's gonna go help with recoup and such.

Sibling still hasn't booked her flight out for her threatened early November trip. Oi.

Next week I'll be getting some chicks for broody from the local feed store. We'll see what they got!! I'm wondering if I need to set up a separate spot for broody and the littles in the coop though.
