Husband mentioned setting up a system to catch water from the coop roof so i can have water up there. I have been hauling my cat litter jugand green tea jug and watering can . It is uphill all the way, for real!

Your dh has a good idea I think. I know you're killing yourself doing that now.

Well, i can use the Mule but i am trying to lose some weight. I was actually planning a gutter system, i just didn't tell him yet. I just bought vinyl flooring, more plywood and lumber, wire etc. for the solar charger.

I only have 3 chickens, two rabbits and 13 guineas up there. Not too bad. On our farm in TN we had a hydrant and i had hoses running everywhere.

I don't have any to sell still trying to get my old coop that fell in torn down ,it's just to hot and too humid for me to be out much . I sold all my chickens to the Hmong neighbors
