What's the best way to keep flys out of the coop? I've not had a problem until this week. I had maggots in a giant poop pile under the roost. So I cleaned the coop bedding out and tossed it in a pile.

I found them when I was moving the bedding around in a giant poo under the roost. It was half buried under straw.

The reason for cleaning was someone dropped a yolk from the roost and there was yolk in the nest box and floor. This is 2x that a shell less egg has been in the blue coop.
