Granny's gone and done it again

I went outside several times. Looked like an over-exposed pic, colors were all saturated and shadows were dark and crisp. I didn't have any of the cool shadows at my house, but I found some down at the dining hall!

Hi grannyland, Cap glad you were not seriously hurt from your fall. It's amazing how much more things hurt the older we get. Even with all the blubber I have, I don't bounce no more lol. Granny, did dd say how she got out without paying bail? Is SIL out as well? Sounds like most of us didn't see much of the eclipse. We had a partial a number of years ago & I remember watching the shadow pass across the backyard. Nothing this time, too far away.

Great photos..I really like that one..you know which one.
If you weren't in the path of totality you probably would never have known it was happening unless you had some glasses and was staring at it.
We did have the glasses....they passed out Nasa glasses at the school this am.
It was pretty neat to look at.

Which one? The pups? I think it was 71% here. There's supposed to be one crossing Texas in 2024. Our school did nothing. DD's teacher went out with a welding shield but the kids didn't go. Missed opportunities. :barnie
