Granny's gone and done it again

Hi everyone, total bird count that we butchered yesterday was 27. I currently have 14 qrts of broth canned. I have 2 kettles on the stove cooking. One just starting & one that will be done in an hour. That will give me 14 more qrts from those 2 kettles. Plus I have a big roaster in the oven that I am making bone broth in. I have 5 more birds chilling. After these 2 canners finish I will have 3 batches of bone broth to make & all of the chicken meat to deal with. I think I will freeze a couple bags of bone to do in the next week instead of trying to fit them all in now. By tomorrow or the next day I will have tomatoes that need canning. No rest for the wicked, lol. As it stands now 2ND kettle won't be ready to put in jars until after 11:00. Then I hot water bath them after canner comes to boil for 10 minutes.
