DD woke me up on the sofa this morning. It was dark, so I said I would go to bed. She said "it's 6:45." So I stayed put. can't do that again, though. Our sofa is all springs.

I do the same thing. Haven't had a decent night's sleep in a month. First hubs was up caring for his mom for 3 weeks straight. After she passed, he took our youngest on a trip for a week. I got in the habit of waking up and wandering around the house while he was gone, and the habit lives on. My ears are ringing, I have dark circles under my eyes, and I can't remember why I walked into the room. The terrible heat has made it worse with the house open wide and the fans running. Zombie me!

Things will return to normal, hang in there!

Mornings, woke up to a big flock of wild turkeys in the back. Hope they come back. I like seeing them.

Morning granny! When I was a kid there used to be about 30 that'd walk through the front yard. Haven't seen them in almost 10 years. My cats tried to hunt them lol didn't work out well

We have wild turkeys here too. Saw them on the dirt road in front of our driveway. And we have quail too.
