45 min.? to seal ..

No not to seal, I open kettle my tomatoes. Cook for 45 mins at a rolling boil. Cooks out alot of the water. You end up with better tasting tomatoes. Then I ladled them into hot jars & lids & into the hot water bath for 10 mins after the pot comes to a boil.

seems like I put mine in a hot bath for 45 but it has been a while and I dont remember.

I don't envy granny I got 2 well three if you count Blake he's here more than home but I don't let Lauren outta my sight . I don't know what I would do with multiples like Lauren. She can get gone quick as a wink .

I didnt know he had med in his juice. He should of known better then to leave it on the bar.

Besides making the little one poop is there any other danger from him drinking it? Konner usually has it mixed with apple juice if I remember right.

We had a festival in town today. There was a parade and all these rides and stuff. So it was super super busy at work today. it wanes a little stressful but I kept the buffet stocked. Now I get to do it alllllll over again tomorrow -_-
