hopefully not as often or a mild winter again.Your still gunna have to carry water in the winter regardless of how many you have. Wish there was a way to make that easier, but can't think of any.

32 pints sounds like a lot more.DAMN wish I had thought of the cooling rack right off the bat. I now have a pint of sauce in the fridge as 8 is the max I can get and NOT going to run a canner for a single pint. Everything cleaned up other then the canner, so total from this production run was
32 pints or 16 quarts or 4 gallons take your pick.
