Why do you want to? You would end up with too much meat & something will go uneaten & tossed to the chickens. Unfortunately it is better for you to cook once a day, even though you hate the torture chamber IMO. I think more of your food would get eaten that way. Make smaller amounts & cook a meal once a day. Neither Robert or Tom like leftovers in my observation.

well, the corned beef is Roberts favorite and left alone He WILL eat the whole thing including leftovers and its small. But you are right, they dont like leftovers

I would make the corned beef for dinner one day & then the country style ribs another day. I like to parboil country style ribs lightly then put on grill with BBQ sauce.
