Granny's gone and done it again

I have had needles inserted into my SI joints & a special laser to burn the nerve endings. A very painful procedure, spent 2 days on ice pacKS & motrin.
:(

The coyotes are howling nearby. The dogs are growling and barking. Neighbors said there were lots of them around. Not my favorite critters.
You need a mountain lion to move in and chase those rascals off!

Nope just a hard worker, brother took care of the ears with HIS loud music. Spent a year having to drive him around. He had 9 speakers in his truck, suprised I can hear anything.
:hmm

I say if you have to take 2 tylenol to control the pain of what one PP will do I rather take the PP and I believe it to be safer. tylenol is crap on the liver
I thought the liver damage came from taking Tylenol and drinking alcohol at the same time. Drs tell mommas to give it to babies all the time. :(

Yeah, but broken bones hurt worse than pulled teeth. And the bones keep on hurting every move you make.
Yes, there are certainly times when people NEED the big guns, especially for chronic pain, like granny's, but prescribing it as a matter of course, especially in such large doses, is a key reason why we are having a drug epidemic in the country. I could have had 50 pills of narcotic to sell if I had filled the prescription for my son. I was shocked dr even wrote it out for wisdom teeth. Back in the dark ages, when my brother and sis had their wisdoms out, they only had aspirin to take and survived. Same as when each of them broke an arm... ice and aspirin was it. Short term pain doesn't kill you, but these drugs are killing lots of people.

It's supposed to help with the pain of the crumbling vertebrae & pinching nerves but I only had a month of relief. And only marginally at that. The procedure was very painful. Putting the needle into your vertebrae is painful enough, but the steriods they pump in burns like fire & then when they guide the needle into the nerve endings and start cauterizing it is beyond painful. It hurt to even cry. They have to do the procedure that way so that between their special xray machine & my response they know when they have reached the nerve ending. This had to be done in 3 spots on both sides of the spine.
:hit Lisa, you sure have been through the works. You have an amazing attitude for all that you endure. Same as granny.

Wishing must be cooking dinner .
I forgot my 2 serama hens in the ground cage. It got dark and they were complaining loudly, so got them in the garage. Jr hurt an eye, and they were picking on her when we were evacuated. It's not swollen, no pus, but she keeps one eyelid shut. I have been treating it and it might be getting better. Chippy is her favorite hatchmate, so I put her with Jr for company. They are getting spoiled!

I had wisdom teeth removed, a root canal without anesthetic and broken bones. To me the mouth pain is intense but shorter lived. There are many levels of pain.
everyone reacts different to pain and no one can say my tooth hurts worse then your are because we arent in the other persons skin. There is absolutely No way of telling how something feels next to someone else.
