if he dont like the electric clippers he wont like that and if he is tangled it wont work either and if he isnt afraid of the noises you would be better off using the clippers anyway

I don't think he's ever been clipped, except at the vet and sedated. I thought it would be good to suck up the hair. It gets all over and makes me itchy.
