It's not bad. I'm so relieved to just have a plan. I can wear that stinkin boot all day and wrap it in a trash bag when it rains or I'm going in the coops because I know it's helping. They did X-ray both feet at the first visit which is how we know they both have arthritis and plantar fasciitis from having such flat feet. But I have the inserts now, and I wear one in my boot.

isnt that slippery ? Wonder if a shower cap would work better then garbage bag ?

Probably be the same? I've slipped more on the tile in the boot than with the trash bag on. They're slippery!

who makes candies for Christmas ? Mom used to make a few cookies, Nothing like Lisas and Scotts cookies though.
