crock pot roast turned out really good.. used McCormick pot roast seasoning packet w. can cream of shroom and 2 cups water. Nice thick gravy . No salt or anything else except the veggies.

Yum, I love beef roast. Wish beef wasn't so expensive. I need a cow worse than chickens lol.

Something wrong w/ my hormones Wishing. Too much meds. maybe. Remember when they first put me on my meds I painted the whole house pink ! 2 weeks later I looked at it and went OMG what did I do ? I hate pink. hahaaa Here lately I am starving to death. I know I missed my b-12 this month.
