Granny's gone and done it again

I have no idea maybe it's the stuff we put it on. Maybe I should just eat a stick of butter for a meal. You know you can get that at fairs now Deep Fried Butter sticks dipped in a batter
:sick

you know you munched on 16lbs of butter. Its ok, we wont tell anyone.
hahaa... So of course I had to look it up. It takes 3500 calories to make a pound of body weight (or you have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound). Ounce for ounce, fats have a higher calorie counts than card or proteins. Butter has 3250 cal/lb, so if you eat a pound of butter, you will gain almost one pound. Surprisingly, butter has one of the lowest calorie counts, I expected it to be a lot more. Olive oil has way more calories, at 4200 per pound. But olive oil is healthier for you in other ways, like less cholesterol. But now I feel better about all the butter we eat around here!

wow, But dont breathing and moving your hand to your mouth burn calories ? That way it would not be possible to gain a lb for lb.
