what would it take for you to butcher and sell the meat yourself ?

more land and money then I have at the moment. Oh and lots of government paperwork and USDA inspections and it just goes on. Unless I do it all myself and then sell "under the counter" and even then I would need a walk in cooler and such.

OH yes it's coming back to me now. BUT you still had a small 60 watt on the polish. Can you "fix" the other with vitamins or at least give some to the older birds so you don't have this issue in the future ??
